In one classroom, one chemical was not labelled. In another classroom, chemcials were accessible to children. Chemicals were located in a cabinet without a child lock. This was corrected at inspection.

A caregiver did not use good judgment when the caregiver pulled two children by their leg to separate them during an altercation. It was not an immediately risk. The children were not in immediately danger or harm but could have been injured by the result of this teacher action. A less physical method could have been used in this situation.
