There were two caregivers present with a group of 76 children. This was corrected at inspection when additional caregivers arrived and the group was divided into four smaller groups that were all within the required ratios.
3 of 3 personnel records reviewed did not have the hire date, proof of education, proof of orientation trainings or proof of background checks. 1 of 3 personnel files reviewed did not have policy sign off completed.
