746.1205(a)(5) - Responsibilities of Caregivers - Intervene to ensure each child's safety
Four nail head protrusions within children's reach were observed in the outdoor play area of the operation. Exposed nails were located next to the main playground area. NOTE: This was corrected during inspection. Protrusions were removed by maintenance staff.
An employee present during inspection did not have an active background check. NOTE: Employee left the operation. Background check was ran during inspection.
