Based on information obtained for this investigation, it was determine two caregiver's in the infant II classroom were roughly padding children on their back during naptime. One caregiver in the infant II classroom picked up a child from a cot with both arms and the child's body dangled as they were being laid down on another cot. One caregiver in the infant II classroom picked up a child by the arm and dragged him to another side of the classroom while holding a cot with their other hand.
