In two different rooms the diaper changing mats had tears in them. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by replacing one mat and covering the tears on the other mat with duct tape until a new mat is ordered.

In the bathroom of the 2 year old room there was a crib in a bathtub that was on top of a box which was a safety hazard. In the bathroom of the 20-26 month old classroom there was ribbon, garland and cellophane paper in the bathtub that was a safety hazard. In the after school room the caregiver's purse was accessible to children. The Director corrected all of the hazards at the time of the inspection.
