Report finding
The outdoor play area was observed to have broken pieces of wood with protruding sharp nails on top of a wooden play structure. A water hose was also observed unrolled laying in the grass. This was corrected at the inspection by removing the water hose and removing the broken pieces of wood. In the main hallway of the home, a large vent was not properly secured to the wall allowing access to an opening leading under the house.
