This standard was found deficient as a result of a DFPS investigation. The evidence concludes that a caregiver refused to change the children's soiled diapers while relieving the caregiver in charge during lunch. The same caregiver failed to change soiled diapers before sending the children home for the day.
Two children were observed in high chairs with the safety straps not fastened. This was corrected at inspection when children were removed from the high chairs.
