At the time of inspection the outdoor activity areas were observed with litter and overgrown grass/weeds. There was also a border along the fence with sections of it coming out of the ground posing a tripping risk. There was also a broken vent observed outside of the building in the Toddler area accessible to children and a large vine growing outside of the door with spikes which was also accessible to children. Additionally in the toddler outdoor area, there was an open sprinkler control panel with exposed wires accessible to children.
