Recited on 02/02/2022 - Based upon the citations observed during the inspection, three of the five conditions established for the probation that became effective 06/25/2021 were not met based upon the citation observed during the inspection. For condition #2, all children present during the inspection were not signed in; #3 the sign in/out log for the caregiver present during the inspection did not indicate the number of children that were in care when they arrived; and condition #4 children were in care for an emergency purpose, resulting in not only a capacity violations but a ratio violation.
