During nap time a cot was placed in front of the door. This was corrected when the cot was moved. A picture was taken. It was in toddler one classroom.
Based on the information gathered from the DFPS investigation supervision was not met when two children left the playground and wandered off into the bushes without their teachers' knowledge.
