Observed 7 infants sleeping in restrictive device, 2 infants ages 15 mo were observed sleeping on highchairs, 5 infants ages 11mo, 11mo,16mo,16mo,16mo were observed sleeping on baby bouncer and swing, 1 infant 15mo observed sleeping in baby car seat. CORRECTED at inspection when children were moved from bouncers/ swings and high chairs and placed on nap mats or playards.
