- Broken toys with sharp edges were found on the playground. A picket on the wooden privacy fence was found to be broken with the broken part accessible to the children in care. Exposed nails were observed on the 2x4's installed at the bottom of the pickets. The broken toys were removed, the broken picket was replaced, and the nails were secured back onto the pickets during the inspection. Rebar was exposed near the above ground man cover and presents a tripping hazard.
