During the inspection the following damages needing repair were found: 1. A hole in the wall in the two-year old classroom which has children's toys inside. 2. A hole in the wall in the two-year old classroom which exposes cords from an outlet and sheetrock that is accessible to children. 3.A separate hole in the hallway next to the two-year old classroom. 4. Ceiling tiles coming out of the ceiling. 5. Baseboards in the portable for 3 year olds are coming up with nails exposed. 6. The floor in the portable for school-age children has a wooden plank covering the floor causing a tripping hazard. 7. A light cord in the school age portable being exposed and accessible to children. 8. A nail coming out of the wall in the 3 year old portable that is accessible to children. 9. The entrance door to the 3 year old portable has a quarter size hole above the lock. 10. The wooden floors in the 3 year old portable are spaced incorrectly causing a safety hazard. 11. The ceiling in the 3 year old portable has a plank like piece of wood that is dipping in the center. 12. The A/C for the 3 year old portable was at 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
