Report finding
During a walk through of the playground, the play area had not been maintained. There were growing weeds in the yard, a hole was observed in the play space, fencing around the play area was worn and there were areas that could cause a child to become entrapped. A hammer was on a table in the play area and accessible to children. This was corrected by the hammer being removed and placed in an inaccessible to children in care.
