In the school age room there was a cable outlet plate that was completely unscrewed from the wall exposing a whole and the dry wall. There were several paint chips in the after school room, 2 year old room, and the toddler room. Door frames and doors had visible dirt and grime on them. At the end of the building, closest to where the new construction is being done, the fence is missing. There are several boards along the fence line that are broken or pushed away from the fence.
