Electrical cords were observed hanging and accessible to the children. This was corrected when the cords were secured and move out of the reach of the children.
During the monitoring inspection the emergency drill form was reviewed and stated that some of the emergency drills were conducted on Saturdays and Sundays; the operation does not offer weekend care. A fire drill was conducted while I was present to meet compliance.
