Operation has one child with food allergies. The list of child's food allergies was not in the required postings. Corrected at inspection when the Director posted the list of the child's food allergies.
Children were allowed to play in the area where tar was leaking from the roof to the concrete wall. A caregiver saw children approaching the area but did not stop them causing two children to get tar on their fingers and one including the stomach area which required medical attention. Area was accessible to children and not blocked off.
