When the active play space and equipment is inspected daily, hazards must be addressed before the children play outside each day. Evidence substantiates that children have been playing outside with hazards present. Broken and cracked toys were observed during the inspection. There is a loose fence board on the playground with the play structure. There is a fenced off area against the building off the deck that has a gap in it that a hand or foot could fit through.
