At time of inspection, six out of the eight staff training files did not have the following topics: Emergency preparedness ;Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases; Administering medication; Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.
The infant room was observed out of ratio. There was 1 caregiver with 5 infants with specified age group 0-11 months. This was corrected when one of the infants was moved to the next age group.
