This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant based on information obtained. It was discovered that a caregiver was not aware a three-year-old child had wandered into another classroom until their parent arrived at the operation. The child was alone in a dark classroom playing with a toy for approximately 1-2 minutes before being discovered.
