An infant remained in his crib for an hour aproximately, exceding the 30 minute limit. Infant was not in distress. Please note: Caregiver removed child from crib.
There was a small pink riding car that was cracked on the backside and the front which posed shear point. (NOTE: Corrected during inspection as the director took the cart to the trash can.)
