Report finding
Two caregivers took a class of 21 children with a specified age of four years old outside, and one of the caregivers stepped back inside to get the class water, leaving the class out of ratio. A group with a specified age of four years old can only have eighteen children to one caregiver. This wsa corrected during the inspection when the caregiver returned to the class outside.
