A child was aggressively grabbed/pulled by the wrist/arm during a disciplinary incident at the facility. The child was uninjured as a result of the incident. The caregiver responsible was terminated for her actions. Current operation staff have received additional trainings on positive discipline/guidance to mitigate risk.
