Drills were documented on a form but was missing the last three months of 2024. This was corrected at inspection by having the operation complete a fire drill and document it on the new form.
During an investigation it was found that a child in care sustained an injury that required emergency medical treatment due to not being adequately supervised. The caregiver responsible for this child had knowledge of a previous incident and did not provide the level of supervision necessary to ensure each child's safety and well-being.
