Based on the information received during the investigation there is a violation of this standard. A child was interviewed. The child stated that they were placed in the bathroom when they misbehaved.
The playground had a damaaged storage and hose that wasn't stored that was accessible to children bin that were safety hazard on the playground. This was corrected at inspection.
