One caregiver observed in the afterschool classroom with the Toddler age group was observed utilizing her cell phone. The caregiver was not aware that she was in charge of the group during naptime. The caregiver was informed immediately by the Director that she was responsible for the age group, and that cell phone use is prohibited.
