Training records were reviewed for the primary caregiver. For the training period 2/1/21-2/1/22, the primary caregiver was missing 14 hours of annual training. Training in the following required topics were not observed: Recognizing and preventing shaken baby syndrome; Understanding and using safe sleep practices and preventing sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS); Understanding early childhood brain development.
