During inspection, after nap time, in the pre-k classroom, there were 16 children ages 2 to 4 with a specified age of 3 years under the care of one caregiver. The most number of children one caregiver can supervise for this age group is 15. Therefore, the operation was over ratio by 1 child. This was corrected at inspection after a parent happened to pick up two of the children from that classroom.
