For example: there was a bottle of 500mg Acetaminophen on a nightstand in a bedroom that the children were found sleeping in; there was a bottle of Downey Wrinkle Releaser spray and an aerosol can of Degree deodorant in bedrooms children were found sleeping in; there was an open bag of tools found on the ground in a bedroom children were found sleeping in, and there were multiple outlet covers found missing throughout the home. These were corrected at inspection when the children were removed from the rooms with the safety threats and outlet covers were replaced.
