Toddler rooms had a plastic sink in the kitchen area broken. (This was corrected when the caregiver threw the sink away). A mat in the library was ripped. (This was corrected when a caregiver threw the mat away). In a Pre-K room there were electrical cords hanging off of the counter. (This was corrected when a staff and a caregiver cleaned up the area and ensured the cords were not hanging.) In a Pre-K room an outlet was observed uncovered. (This was corrected when the outlet was covered). In a toddler room the carpet to a small slide was fraying at the end.A baseboard in the Pre-K Room was pealing away from the wall. A changing table was observed cracked on the edge and along the side.
