Based on the findings of a DFPS Abuse/Neglect investigation, a caregiver was aggressive with a child when disciplining them and forcefully moved them, put their head down forcefully on the table, tapped the child, and grabbed the child by the arm/shoulder. These are prohibited forms of discipline/guidance/punishment.
