The infant room was observed to be out of child/caregiver ratio. One caregiver was observed responsible for 6 infants, ages including: 5 months, 5 months, 6 months, 6 months, 10 months and 16 months. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection by an additional caregiver stepping into the infant room bringing the infant room back into child/caregiver ratio.
