Upon arriving inside of the home, the front exit pathway was not visible. Visibility of the exit pathways are pertinent to evaluate during an emergency. The provider corrected the deficiency during the inspection by turning on lighting that allows the front exit pathway visible.
The standard was evaluated for an investigation and was found not to be in compliance. Based on the interviews with staff, the provider did not supervise young children appropriately but instead handled administrative duties which allowed a child to touch another child inappropriately during naptime.
