Based on information gathered, a caregiver failed to use good judgment when she is seen on video forcefully sliding a child's chair, resulting in the child falling and hitting the table. In addition, the caregiver and another caregiver failed to use good judgment by using a pointer "stick" to hit the table to scare the children.
