A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2023 data from January 18, 2024, revealed the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2023 by January 15, 2023, as required.
There were a couple ofl items on the playground that need to be removed. There was a broken playpen that needed to be removed. A couple pieces of wood from the building had been blown down and needed to be thrown in the trash. (NOTE: Corrected during inspection as the director threw the items in the trash can)
