There were two groups of children on the playground. One group was nine 2-3 year olds with one caregiver and the other group was eight 12-24 mo olds with a SAG of 24mos with one caregiver. The caregiver of the 2-3 year olds left the playground and went to the bathroom, leaving the outdoor groups combined and out of ratio. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by the caregiver returning to the playground.
