The site director is missing 12 hours and 15 minutes of the required annual training.
Two caregivers were missing pre-service in the following topics: Age-appropriate activities for children, Fostering children?s self-esteem and Supervision and safety practices in the care of children.
During the inspection, I observed children leaving the room without supervision. This issue was promptly addressed during the inspection when the program director intervened and provided alternative activities for the children.
