The caregivers personal bags were on the counter at hands reach of children in the younger two year old classroom. Note, this was corrected at inspection.
The fence line shared between the toddler and Pre-K playground had a gap at the bottom of the chain link fence. The fence line on the Pre-K playground towards the left side of the gate had pointy metals from the chain link fence position upwards and out. The toddler playground had several piles of cement approximately twelve inches high next to the concrete edge surrounding the unitary surface making it a tripping hazard.
