The outdoor steps leading to the outdoor play area was observed to have the following hazards: a water hose that poses a tripping hazard, a storage wall container that is a tip hazard and was open, allowing children to get inside. The steps also had open space allowing for supervision or entrapment hazards.

Report finding
One caregiver was observed having changed a child's diaper and did not wash the child's hands after completing diaper change. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection.
A portion of the chain linked fence surrounding the outside play area has sharp edges of fencing mateiral that needs to be removed as this presents a safety hazard to children. Also, there is a gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground that needs to be repaired. Tree branches of various sizes were observed atop the roof of the building which could fall onto the play area where children are present.
