During an investigation it was found that children have not been signed in or out for around 5-6 months. I spoke with staff and sent a sign in/out sheet to the operation to use until they can get their computer system to work again.

Observed the operations operational policies, the following were missing from the policies, safe sleep for infants proceedures for inclusive services to children with special needs
The childcare facility did not report communicable illnesses to Child Care Regulation within the required timeframe. This was corrected when licensing explained the ways to report covid cases.
