This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined that the caregiver in charge of the child did not properly identify that parent at the time of pickup by photo ID. During the inspection time, I observed the operation's procedure in verifying an authorized person with photo ID and a copy of the ID taken prior to releasing the child. The operation is also implementing a plan to have the parents check into the Blue/main building before picking up their child from the secondary building.
