The First Aid Kit was missing the Thermometer. When brought to the directors attention she placed a Thermometer in the First Aid kit. This was corrected during the inspection.
The operation has not had a sanitataion inspection within the required 12 months time period. The operation's most recent sanitation inspection is dated 10/5/2021.
A bottle of "Drano" liquid was observed under the sink in children's restroom. The cabinet was unsecured therefore accessible to children. NOTE: THIS WAS CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
