After a child exited the playground area at 1:00 pm on 9/19/2023, the child?s lead teacher did not inform the parents and the administrative staff of the incident. Additional teachers, who were outside at the time of the incident, informed the office staff of the situation around 2:15 pm. The office staff then notified the director around 3:30 pm; the director informed the parents about the incident with their child at 3:30 pm.
