During inspection, it was found by checking CLASS database that program director does not have a cleared/active/eligible background check under the operation or any other operating program under the same governing body chain. Therefore, program director has previously been present and/or designated as director at the operation before receiving notification from the criminal background check unit that program director is eligible to be present/designated. This was corrected at inspection given that program director was not specifically present during the inspection. The operation was informed that program director cannot be present until eligibility has been determined (meaning cleared, active, eligible background checks have been received).
