In one restroom, one potty chair had not been cleaned or sanitized after the previous use. This was corrected at inspection as staff cleaned and sanitized the potty chair.
One caregiver was supervising 8 children, ages 12 months to 17 months during inspection. These children were napping. You must not reduce ratio during naptime for children under 18 month of age.
