At one point during the inspection, a caregiver was heard telling a child to be quiet then continued by stating" you talk, talk talk,talk talk too much." The caregiver "shushed" the child then used their fingers to gesture to the child to zip their lips twice. Later, the caregiver was heard "shushing" children again putting their finger on their lip and telling children to be quiet.
