These teaches will also not be able to be present at the operation until they have received an eligible status. The two present today have been told and asked to leave the operation. I watched them leave.An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC 42.078. You must have the background checks renewed and you must receive the letter telling you that you are eligible prior to returning to the operation.
