During inspection two children were observed to be in the high chair table and not buckled in the straps. One child was attempting to climb out and was picked up by the caregiver. Another child was unbuckled and this was corrected at inspection.

Report finding
The diaper changing pad in the toddler room was torn and no longer able to be clean correctly. The pad was replaced and corrected at inspection.
There is a hole in the wall in the toddler room that is accessible to the children. Dry wall is accessible to the children as well. This was corrected and covered up at inspection to make it inaccessible to the children.
