During inspection, two caregivers were observed to be present without cleared background checks, to include pending fingerprints and pending national sex offender registry checks. One caregiver was supervising the kindergarten classroom, and the other caregiver was supervising the first grade classroom. The caregivers were allowed to be present before the operation received notification from the criminal background check unit that the caregiver was eligible. This was corrected when the caregivers were removed from the operation.
