Several chemicals such as windex, bleach and other cleaning supplies were stored under the kitchen sink. This cabinet does not contain a child lock to ensure these materials are not accessible to children. The cabinet in the bathroom used by children also contained materials labeled keep out of reach of children with no child lock preventing access to children. This was corrected at inspection when the hazardous materials were moved to a safer location, out of reach of children.
